Shipping Costs

The shipping costs will be displayed to you after entering your shipping address at checkout. Alternatively, you can find an overview of the shipping costs that we charge here.

Germany
Free standard shipping for orders above 10 EUR.
For orders below 10 EUR we charge a small shipping fee of 3 EUR.

Other EU countries
Free standard shipping for orders above 40 EUR.
For orders below 40 EUR we charge a small shipping fee of 4.70 EUR.

Rest of the world
Not available at the moment - we are already working on a worldwide shipping solution.

 

Delivery Time

The delivery time for standard shipping is 1-3 business days for orders to Germany and 3-5 business days for orders to other countries.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping at the moment, but we are already working on this service.

 

Service Provider

We use Amazon's global logistics network for shipping. This allows us to automatically create a shipping order shortly after receiving your order. In many cases, your order will be shipped on the same day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information to track your shipment.

The final service provider that delivers the shipment to you is determined by Amazon when processing the order. It is determined which service provider can deliver the shipment to you the fastest, depending on your shipping address. The service providers used include Deutsche Post DHL, DHL Express, Hermes, UPS, DPD, Stadtbote, Amazon Logistics, and PIN.
