Missing or faulty items
Did we send you a faulty product or is something missing from your order? We apologize for this - mistakes happen.
To help you as quickly as possible, please fill out the contact form below and don't forget your order number. This also applies to orders that were not placed through our online shop (e.g. via Amazon, Etsy, etc.).

Of course, you can also return faultless items to us. We kindly ask you to contact us in advance in any case and not to simply return items.
In order to comply with our legal obligation to provide information, we have drawn up a cancellation policy. The provisions in this policy are authoritative.
To make it easier for you, we have created a clear summary of the cancellation policy:
- You have a 30-day right of return
- We accept an informal cancellation (just send us a message that you want to return an item)
- Alternatively, you can use the form on the cancellation policy page and send it to us by email
- Returned items must be unused and free from damage
- Make sure that your shipment is well protected
- You bear the costs of return
- We will refund the purchase price after receipt and inspection of the return
